Using Ivercor™ Ivermectin

Ivercor™ contains the active ingredient ivermectin. This medicine is used for certain parasitic infections. Ivercor™ is used to treat:

• An intestinal infection called intestinal strongyloidiasis (anguillosis). It is caused by the roundworm Strongyloides stercoralis.
• An infection in the blood called microfilaremia, caused by “lymphatic filariasis”. It is caused by immature stages of the Wuchereria bancrofti worm. Ivercor™ is not effective against adult worms, only against immature worms.
• An infection caused by a skin mite (scabies, scabies). Skin mites dig tunnels under the surface of the skin. This can cause severe itching. Ivercor™ should only be taken if your doctor knows or suspects that you have scabies.

Medicine cannot prevent you from any of these infections. Ivercor™ does not work against adult worms. It should only be taken if your doctor knows or suspects that you have a parasitic infection.

How to take Ivercor™ Ivermectin Pills?

Take the Ivercor™ Ivermectin Tablet(s)  on an empty stomach. So make sure you haven’t eaten for up to two hours before taking it. Do not eat for two hours after ingestion. This allows the active ingredient to be properly absorbed into the body.

It’s easiest to take them after waking up and have breakfast two hours later.
